- Experience managing digital products from concept to launch through iterative planning, incremental development and continuous delivery using agile methodologies such as XP and Scrum.
- Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to define vision and scope, extract product requirements and translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams through release planning, sprint planning, prototyping, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
