European Union Public License 1.1, (EUPL-1.1), a free software license created by European Union. Nevertheless, the text of the License is drafted in general terms, so the License may be used for other software applications.
The User can do under this license: 1- Commercial Use: The user has the ability to use the software for commercial purposes. 2- Private Use: The user has the ability to use/modify software freely without distributing it. 3- Distribute: The user has the ability to distribute original or modified works.
The User can’t do under this license: 1- Hold Liable: The original software/license owner can’t be charged for danages.
The User must do under this license: 1- Include License: Including the full text of license in modified software. 2- Include Copyright: Describes whether the original copyright must be retained. 3- Disclose Source: Describes whether you must disclose your source code when you distribute the software. 4- State Changes: Provide notice that software was modified and date of modification
